Who we are

Faithful, experienced and detail-oriented process engineer with expertise in data analytics, process controls and continuous improvement. Known for delivering top-notch strategic solutions and fostering continuous improvement through effective collaboration and ownership mentality. Father of six, husband to a wife that homeschools and member of Northgate PCA church, Albany, GA.

I have been studying and using statistics since my first semester of undergraduate studies at Arizona State University (Graduated 2008). My work started in the medical device industry with Medtronic PLC where I worked in varying roles over 18 years equipping myself with the knowledge required to navigate some of the most rigorous standards for implantable medical devices. These standards included reliability studies, MSA’s, DOE’s, capability studies and SPC. It also included the documentation requirements pertaining to development as well as device and process, i.e. SOP, IQ/OQ/PQ, new product and process documentation, etc. My time at Medtronic also gave me the opportunity to obtain multiple certifications:

• Advanced GD&T certified from Dr. Greg
  Hetland (IIGDT)

• Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt Certification

• DRM Green Belt Certification

  My most recent work at Angelini Pharma, tier I medical
  device, has been in process control development, historical product and process reviews and product investigations. As well as continued work surrounding product specifications, SOP, IQ/OQ/PQ and project management.
